Using tools and techniques grounded in adult development research, participants are able to directly address their own obstacles to change. Working in partnership with their coach, they pursue their commitment to specific personal change in a multifaceted, practical way.
Developing Adaptive Leaders
At Sunata, we are experts in facilitating individualized adult learning, particularly learning required to meet adaptive challenges. Adaptive challenges, in contrast with technical problems, have no known path to resolution. They require us to see, think or behave differently to adapt to a situation we haven’t faced before. Technology, social changes and the global economy bring ever increasing complexities, creating more adaptive leadership challenges.
Using a variety of tools, the coach will guide the leader in identifying development goals and then formulating and implementing a plan to reach them.
